  • Non-Customized Products: If you are not completely satisfied with your non-customized product(s) purchased from us, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Customized Prints: Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or provide refunds for customized prints, as these items are specially created to your specifications.
  • Signed Books: Signed books are considered custom products and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • If a package is returned to me due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
  • I kindly request that you assume responsibility for covering the shipping expenses associated with returning your item. Please be aware that shipping costs, once incurred, are non-refundable.
