1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

• Non-Customized Products: If you are not completely satisfied with your non-customized product(s) purchased from us, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Customized Prints: Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or provide refunds for customized prints, as these items are specially created to your specifications.
• Signed Books: Signed books are considered custom products and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Return Process:

• When returning a product, please ensure that it is packaged responsibly and securely to prevent damage during transit. Please remember, if the item is not securely packed, you assume responsibility for any potential damage during transit.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns:

• If a package is returned to me due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
• I kindly request that you assume responsibility for covering the shipping expenses associated with returning your item. Please be aware that shipping costs, once incurred, are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process:

• Once I receive and inspect the returned product, I will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately.

6. Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
